International, Corporate and Military cards are all accepted with our improved merchant account services. Payments must be received and clear the bank before shipping. Credit card ordering links are provided on the Main Gallery and each item's page for safe and secure credit card ordering. Credit cards will only be charged to "Chris Dixon Studios" merchant account when your order is ready to ship! I never see your credit card numbers when you pay me with PayPal . You are actually paying your account at PayPal and they pay me when your funds are validated and cleared.

Shopping Cart buttons: are on all item pages and link to secure: Add to Cart pages ( Look for the address prefix "https" for secure shopping ). International buyers:We are delighted to ship Internationally with payment in US dollars. Check with for shipping charges before you buy so there are no surprises when you are charged freight. Please know that it is the responsibility of the buyer to pay duty and as every country has their own laws regarding this (duty may be collected when the package is delivered) please be familiar with yours. Shipping Information: Included ground shipping costs are for lower 48 states of the USA. Additional costs will be added for shipping outside of this area and alternative methods. Your confirmed street address and phone number may be needed.

Damage: Items are shipped insured; in the unlikely event of damage: Please call Chris Dixon Studios immediately, retain the original carton and all contents. For all claims to be valid the shipper must be notified within 10 days.

All orders may be shipped from immediately (for in stock artwork and special promotions) to approximately three weeks. Time variables are due to the unique handmade individuality of each item, realistic production limitations (cure time, limited molds...), and consumer demand seasons. Every reasonable effort will be made to accommodate your special order.

*Satisfaction Guaranteed* Items received back at Chris Dixon Studios' point of origin within 30 days of the original shipping date and in 100% original condition will be refunded of the original item cost (we can not credit any shipping and handling charges). Return with proper postage and insurance prepaid. Please prior to returning.

Exchanges: Many items may be also be returned for credit toward exchange at any time! Exchanges after 30 days are however, only at Chris Dixon Studios sole discretion. Please to make arrangements prior to returning for exchange.
