Auction Management Agreement

AUCTION COSTS:

1. ONE TIME SETUP FEES: $
   Auction(s) Management database setup
   
   • Account Permissions/sign-up: approximately $20 per account plus any required fees.
     Auctions: eBay, yahoo...
     Payment Accept: PayPal, credit card, BidPay...
     Counters: Number of visitors.
     Picture Host Account: Client's, Auction Manager's, ...
     E-mail Account: Client's, Auction Manager's, ...
     Information Phone #: Client's, Naturally Art, ...
     
   • All correspondence: Must respond within 24 hours, phone messages and e-mails will be forwarded to Auction Manager and Client.
   • Ship: Orders will be shipped Within 1 week after close of auction.
   • Guarantees or product warranty?
     
2. BUILD AD: page $
   Layout, design, logo, buttons, extras, links, etc..
   Approved edits, touch-ups, additions and changes.

3. IMAGES: Auction Manager may take product photos at $30 per image or supplied by Client.
   Photos, descriptions (size, weight, materials, keywords & phrases, history, etc.) supplied by Client shall not infringe any third party's rights or property. Client agrees to allow Auction Manager the right to edit, modify and publish such information to further promote the auction product(s).
   Edit/ optimize: size, crop, optimize, cleanup, re-touch...
   Extras: Thumbnails, backgrounds, pop-ups, additional pages, details, etc..
4. RUN AD: $
   Use of art: All Auction Manager provided images and ads are not work for hire but as a per use basis.
   Manage Auctions: manage emails and sale, host images and any extra pages.
5. AUCTION COSTS: $
   Auction fees to list the ad and sell.
   
6. COMMISSION % or minimum $
   Commission is due at close of auction and payable within 30 days thereafter.
   Final Bid Price: $ Minimum Reserve Price: $
   
7. GENERAL:
   Ad proof will be provided for Client's responsibility of final approval.
   All costs ( except completed sales Commissions ) are paid prior to launching the auction.
   Auction Manager is not responsible for problems arising due to policies and changes of host, auction site and other circumstances out of Auction Manager's control.
