Agreement between:
Chris Dixon Studios = "CDS" and
Product Artist/Supplier = "Client".
Contact
CDS to request a product review.
Client and Chris Dixon Studios are independent contractors and no
other relationship is intended or created by this Agreement. CDS may refuse
to offer our products and services at any time.
CDS Assumes no liability for you product quality and integrity, please remain consistant quality
with information you provide.
Client provides Product Information
for all items:
Item Data listed for sale may be entered
into our
database here. Product cost, Shipping cost {for 48 contigious
USA}, Title name, ID name, Options. ( descriptions, sizes, materials, biography, weights,
history,
etc. may be entered in the Comments.)
Item Photos listed for sale may be
entered into our
photo Gallery here. ( Photos, costs, title name, ID name, descriptions, sizes, materials,
biography, weights, history, etc. )
Manufactor's
suggested retail price. Due
to the world wide availability of website information. Please do not directly or indirectly
price advertised products lower than your
suggested prices here at CDS.
Content provided by client
shall not infringe on any third party's rights or property, and must be appropriate
for all ages.
Client agrees to allow CDS the right
to edit, modify and publish all such information. For assistance, please consult our Webmaster services.
Client must agree
to treat all Buyer/Customer information as private
and confidential for Chris Dixon Studios order fulfillment only.
All other use of our Customer's information is strictly prohibited.
CDS
will notify Client of orders via e-mail or phone to confirm with
the customer
within 1-2 days.
Client will
then respond 1 to 2 days to CDS with confirmation
of availability, estimated shipping date and costs.
Client agrees to
provide CDS a 30 day prior notice of any changes to availability,
costs and terms before the sale. Client agrees to have the item(s) available
for sale or Client may be responsible to pay
any transaction charges.
Client
must confirm with CDS within 24 hours Prior to actual ship date, after
the order is ready and before shipping. Drop Ship on time using Chris
Dixon Studios contact information on all Customer packages and correspondence.
Provide a flat rate shipping
cost to all contiguous 48 states of USA; actual costs to anywhere else (
accurate packaged size, weight and packageing may be sufficient.
Before shipping confirm
Total Cost to CDS = Include
: ( Actual shipping cost and insurance and/or crate, freight, rush, international..)
+ (Products and Services) + ( Any extra
costs: custom work,
etc.
)
Actual ship
date is required to charge credit orders, start 30
day warranty and payment period, as a customer courtesy and final confirmation of
order details. Goods paid for and not shipped within 30 days may be canceled
by our customer (unless our customer is notified otherwise and agrees).
Client pays for all drop-shipping,
insurance charges and retains all shipping records for insurance claims, etc..
Client must confirm
with CDS that payment has cleared Before shipping!!!
RETURNS 30 Day Satisfaction
Guaranteed: Items received back at Chris Dixon Studios within 30
days of the original shipping date and in reasonably original condition
will be refunded of the original item cost only. Returns may be shipped
back directly to the Client.
Items not covered under our 30 day Guarantee ( such as custom, made-to-order ) must be
clearly stated so in all price quotes, invoices, listings etc.
Extenuating circumstances
may push 30 day return policy beyond thirty days, such as: international
shipments where the actual delivery time may exceed 8 weeks beyond the
ship date.
The Client will
be Paid the shipping and item balance amounts in U.S. Dollars approximately
two weeks after return period has elapsed. CDS will receive a commission
of all items' selling price and any applicable fees.
We may add, delete
or change our services any time, so bookmark and check here for any updates.
The Client agrees to indemnify and hold Chris Dixon Studios and it's owner/agents
harmless from any damages arising out of Chris Dixon Studios products and
services.
The Chris Dixon Studios web site and our services are provided "AS IS" with
no warranties either real or implied. CDS is not responsible for problems
resulting from third party products and services used. Disputes are to be
settled in Charlotte County, Florida, USA.
Please contact

Let us know
if your pricing and terms allow business to business marketing. So we may be
able to provide wholesale discounts
to qualified Galleries and businesses interested in your products.
