Cast Pelican has titanium white tinting to block damaging Ultra-violet light from resin. "frosty" or powdered surface and mineral filled resin will readily accept a primer and then paints.

Feet are supported by 2 @ 4x4" wood blocks bolted thru with 5 to 6 inches of stainless rod countersunk into bottom.
These wooden "sled skis" should allow easy handling of this 450-500 pound monumental pelican sculpture.
